    Only have a few minutes to spare on your mat and want to feel delicious after? THIS is the class for you.

  • Goofy Flow Yoga (28 minutes)

    Whether you are in a bad mood or need to take your yoga practice (or life) less seriously, this is the practice for you!

  • Solar Plexus Chakra (30 min)

    Poses that open the solar plexus chakra to bring more awareness to the region above the navel and below the rib cage.

  • Yoga for Anxiety

    (35 min)

    Drawing attention onto the body, quieting the monkey mind, and practicing non-judgement towards ourselves. 

  • Playful Vinyasa Flow (51 min)

    Loose up the spine, a bit of balancing between vinyasas, and some playfulness to find your own groove.

  • Fierce Confidence Yoga (54 min)

    This practice is designed to have you feeling a new surge of confidence and empowerment. Designed to release testosterone.

  • Self Love Yin Yoga (50 min)

    Surrender in the loving practice complete with self massage, powerful affirmations, and a very unique twist.

  • Sassy and Playful Yoga (44 min)

    Turn on your favorite sassy playlist or try some of mine and drop into powerful side of our feminine nature.

Bonus Meditation: Morning Mantras

This quick meditation is designed to be done in the morning, as a way to begin your day with a positive outlook and motivation. We will focus on mantras that you can repeat in your head or out loud to feel empowered, grateful, and ready to take on whatever life throws your way.
