Yoga for Clear Focus - 30 minutes

All you need for this class is a yoga mat, but if you regularly use blocks or other forms of support

at home, go for it!

We will practice making the breath longer and longer as we flow through the class. If you are having difficulty exhaling for the longer counts, don’t push yourself. Simply do what you can and

feel proud of your efforts.

This is a quick class on chakras, the seven energy centers that run up the center of the spine. This workshop walks you through each chakra, what they stand for, and what to do when they are unbalanced. Even if the chakra ideas are too woo-woo for you, there is a lot of great information on how to deal with emotional and mental imbalances.

For example, lack of desire, self-esteem, ability to love, etc.
